Home made Custard Recipe (for 24 pupils + 2 teachers)
10 Eggs
3 Litre of Milk
300 gr Sugar
120 gr Of Flour
1 Bean Vanilla
How to use ingredients
Boil the milk with the vanilla bean; separate the egg white from the yolk; add sugar; blend well with the
whisk; add the flour. When all is well fluffy and light in color, add the hot milk and continue to turn on the
heat. Then pour into glasses and let cool them.
