We prepared this Christmas recipe:
Gingerbread Christmas Make a dough of the following ingredients: 500 g flour , 1 teaspoon baking soda , 180 g granulated sugar, 50 g ground nuts , 100g margarine, 130 g honey, 1 whole egg , cream as needed (approx . 2-3 tablespoons ) , cinnamon and clove ground (1-2 tsp ) salt. Make a batter fit, stretch and cut various shapes Christmas . Spread each piece with egg yolk . After baking and cooling will be decorated with egg white. ( a strong beat egg whites with granulated sugar 180 g ). Good Appetite!!!
